Returns

At the Pedal Forward., each product is crafted just for you as soon as your order is placed. By making items on demand rather than in bulk, we’re helping to reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. Every purchase you make supports a more sustainable future, and we’re grateful for your thoughtful approach to shopping.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product was received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our printing partner will be covered without additional charge to the customer.

Wrong Address - If we have been provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner's facility. Customers will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our partner's facility and customers will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Exchanges - Not all size exchanges qualify for free shipping.

To return a product, first contact hello@thepedalforward.com and include the order number in your subject line. In your request for return email, please include a detailed explanation for the return as well as any photos of defective, damaged, or misprinted product.
